Stremio + Real-Debrid
The core setup for a high-speed, buffer-free media experience. By offloading stream fetching to a Debrid service, you eliminate ISP throttling and peer-dependency.
Pro Tip: Using a Debrid service encrypted via HTTPS means you don't technically need a VPN for privacy while streaming, though it's always recommended for overall security.
Step 01
Acquire Real-Debrid
Real-Debrid acts as your personal "downloader" in the cloud. It fetches torrents on high-speed servers and serves them to you as a direct download.

Step 02
Configure Torrentio
Torrentio is the bridge between Stremio and Real-Debrid. You must configure it in a web browser before it appears in your app.
- Visit the Torrentio configuration page.
- In the "Debrid Provider" dropdown, select Real-Debrid.
- Paste your API Token from Step 1 into the field.
- Click "Install" to open the link in your Stremio app.
Step 03
Add Media Scrapers (Optional)
For even better link discovery, you can add Comet or Debridio. These work similarly to Torrentio and provide backup links if one service is down.

Optimize Your Device
On Android (S25 Ultra) or Android TV (Onn 4K), ensure the following settings are enabled in Stremio:
- Hardware Acceleration: ON
- Torrent Profile: Ultra Fast (doesn't matter much for Debrid, but good for local)
- Frame Rate Matching: Enabled (for smooth TV playback)
